Fill out the form below with your event details — date, headcount, package preference, flavor choices, and any special requests. We'll confirm availability and send your invoice within 24–48 hours.

A few things to know before you submit:

  • Minimum order is $100
  • 2 weeks notice required for all orders
  • All orders are subject to availability
  • Pickup available in Opelousas; delivery available (fee may apply based on location)
  • Full payment required to confirm your order
