Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Weekly Pre-orders

By placing a weekly pre-order, you agree to the following:

Ordering & Timeframe
All pre-orders are made fresh to order for a specific pickup window. Orders must be placed by the weekly cutoff date/time listed on the order page. Once the cutoff passes, your order is confirmed and moves into production — please have your order finalized before then, as changes after cutoff may not be possible.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the pickup window will be refunded 100%.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup window will be refunded 50% of the order cost. Ingredients are purchased and prep begins ahead of pickup, so this covers costs already incurred.
• To cancel, contact the seller directly — cancellations are not automatic and must be confirmed.

Missed Pickup

• If you miss your pickup window and do not contact the seller, your order will not be refunded and may be resold or donated at the seller's discretion.
• If something comes up, reach out before your pickup window closes. Other arrangements (rescheduled pickup, hold time, etc.) can be made when communicated in advance — we just need to hear from you.

Pickup Details
Specific pickup location and instructions will be sent directly to you once your order is confirmed. Please watch for that message and reach out if anything is unclear.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. 

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. 

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Try before you buy
When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
